About us

Blackbird Design was founded by Amanda Palumbo in 2004.

Her experience and understanding of Graphic Design and Marketing saw her hold the position of Art Director for a leading International Investment Bank where she was instrumental in the launch of a Marketing phenomenon in the late 1990’s – namely Nicola Horlicks’s investment arm of SocGen Asset Management.

Here she rolled out the design of the brand, the overall product brand design as well as producing advertising that included National Advertising, Press Advertising and Poster Campaigns.

She also headed a team responsible for the delivery of factual brochures, aide memoires and point of sale literature to name but a few. Amanda also oversaw the delivery and design of the company’s website.

Amanda’s enthusiasm for life carries through her work. Her understanding of Brand Marketing and Web Design is impressive and allows her to produce outstanding work for her clients.
